Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General

By placing an order with Excaliber Paving HUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders, whether placed online, in person, or via phone or email.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch, collection, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Product Variations

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Due to the natural characteristics of paving materials, variations in colour, texture, size, and finish may occur between batches. These variations are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct quantity. We recommend allowing for additional materials to account for cutting, breakages, and wastage.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must ensure safe, clear, and suitable access for delivery vehicles. Failure to provide appropriate access may result in additional charges or failed delivery fees.

Once goods are delivered to the nominated location, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

5. Inspection and Reporting of Issues

Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt, whether via delivery or pickup.

Any damages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in full and in satisfactory condition.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations must be made as early as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched or prepared may incur cancellation or restocking fees. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to approval.

7. Customer Responsibility and Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all materials are suitable for their intended use prior to installation.

No claims will be accepted once products have been laid, installed, or modified.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow correct installation practices or engage qualified professionals.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excaliber Paving HUB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or installation of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or supplier delays.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
